A structured Sangiovese, built for longevity, the fruit of two years of work. After careful manual selection, the wine elevates through a calibrated process involving stainless steel, the inertia of concrete, and eight months of micro-oxygenation in French oak barriques.

The result is a ruby red with garnet reflections, deep and complex. The nose is dominated by ripe red fruit, with Morello cherry and kirsch preceding elegant tertiary notes. On the palate it is energetic: the fresh and savory entry of blackberry and cherry evolves into sophisticated nuances of black pepper and aromatic herbs. A full-bodied wine, proud in its tannic texture and of endless finesse.
