THE METHOD

Before the wine touches water. We seal each bottle with a special shellac to ensure insulation, and protect the label with a clear resin so that the producer's identity remains intact over time

During the delicate onboard processes, special thermal blankets protect the wine from the sun's heat. Every detail is essential for the wine before and after aging on the seabed.
