Un Sangiovese strutturato e vocato alla longevità, frutto di una lavoro di due anni. Dopo un’accurata selezione manuale, il vino si eleva attraverso un calibrato passaggio tra acciaio, l’inerzia del cemento e la micro-ossigenazione di otto mesi in barrique di rovere francese.

Il risultato è un calice rubino dai riflessi granatI, profondo e complesso. Al naso domina la frutta rossa matura, con marasca e ciliegia sotto spirito che anticipano eleganti note terziarie. Al palato è energico: l’ingresso fresco e sapido di mora e ciliegia evolve verso sofisticate sfumature di pepe nero ed erbe aromatiche. Un vino di grande corpo, fiero nella sua trama tannica e di interminabile finezza.
