Expression of the Negrar hills. Made from hand-picked native Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, it stands out for reviving an ancient winemaking practice: Rigoverno. This technique involves a slow re-fermentation on must from dried grapes for 40 days, a targeted choice that gives the wine a superior structure and a deep aromatic profile.
On the palate, it has a dry and enveloping entry, supported by pleasant savouriness and a long finish. Notes of ripe red fruit and sweet spices emerge, enriched by slight toasted notes and sealed by a finish of elegant balsamic freshness. It authoritatively accompanies structured first courses, grilled red meats, braised dishes, and long-aged cheeses.

Siridia was born in Negrar di Valpolicella from the passion for viticulture of Edoardo Speri, who decided to give life to his wines, the result of a path of studies in oenology and research in continuous evolution.
An expression of creativity and innovation in a suitable territory.
The vineyards are located mainly on the hills, in the hamlet of Moron, where the family's historic vineyard, Monte Belveder, is located. This vineyard takes its name from the splendid view it offers over the valley.
